Could not be happier. Hit one too many rocks with my ride on mower at my log cabin. Mower definitely did not fit in the Prius or Mini Cooper. Butch picked up the mower at the end of 7.5 miles of dirt road on a Saturday and returned it the next Tuesday, with pulley, sprocket, blades replaced, tuned up and running better than the day I bought it. Another shop in Winchester offered 5 week turnaround time. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank's.
