My friends recently called Jamie out to their property to help with them a bee and spider problem, long story short Jamie requested to see their basement where he found an apparent "life threatening problem" telling them he is "surprised they are not dead" because of an apparent "moisture and mold issue" 11 THOUSAND dollars later, they found out it was complete lie.
